Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — instantly. From the profile page, go to "Delete all my data" — no calls or emails required. You keep access until the end of your billing cycle; your conversation history stays exportable any time.
What's a "sparkle"?
Sparkles are how we meter the cost of voice + emotion analysis. A 5-minute voice conversation typically uses 30–50 sparkles. Text chat uses about 2 sparkles per message. We show your sparkle balance in the app so there's no surprises.
Do you accept Thai baht only?
For now, yes — we're based in Bangkok and bill in THB. USD, SGD, EUR, and JPY are coming in Q4 2026. International cards work fine; your bank converts at their rate.
What if I lose my job or can't afford a plan?
Email hello@happo.app. We have a quiet hardship programme — no questions asked, no income proof required. Mental health support shouldn't depend on your bank balance.
How does the family plan's "safe summary" work?
Parents see weekly trends — mood patterns, sleep, whether the child has been talking to Dr HAPPO — never transcripts. If Dr HAPPO detects a safety concern (self-harm, abuse), we alert the parent immediately with general context, not specific words. We talked to a lot of kids while designing this.
